Role
This internship will be responsible for the effective project management of assigned projects within the scope of the Network Innovation team, including understanding their associated budgets, critical path schedules, and coordination of deliverables and requirements across the cross-functional team. The role will help ensure all projects are completed according to the underlying requirements and mutually agreed upon timelines of the project stakeholders. Additionally, the position will provide opportunities for on-the-job learning relating to our industry, technology innovation, project management principles, methods, and tools.
The Network Deployment Innovation (NDI) team is a part of Crown Castle's Network Operational Strategy and Innovation organization and is focused on initiatives to reduce both time and cost associated with network deployment. Utilizing a structured approach to innovation management across project intake, evaluation, development, and integration into Crown Castle's deployment playbook.

Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that requires up to 25% travel.
