Financial Analyst (Finance)
Coordinate with suppliers to receive cost changes and update customer pricing for any fluctuations in material costs as they occur.
Act as the liaison between Finance and Sales to ensure all manufacture rebates are processed and approved by suppliers prior to orders being delivered to customers.
Ensure supplier rebates are submitted and received timely.
Understand and analyze the levers that drive the company's financial performance.
Perform detailed analysis on customer profitability and departmental costs to support the various departments of Tyree.
Assist with the accumulation and tracking of Tyree KPI's as well as make recommendations for improvements.
Provide ad-hoc analyses to support senior management and operations.
Assist with the development and improvement of Tyree's budgeting and forecasting processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum Experience: 2+ years of related experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:
Excellent data entry, phone, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, inquisitive mind, data-savvy and experience with financial models and analyses.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment performing several tasks concurrently.
Ability to prioritize conflicting work demands under pressure.
Works well in a team environment, with a diverse workforce.
Experience using general office equipment and proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish responsibilities with limited supervision.

work Schedule and Travel:
The normal workweek for a full-time exempt employee is considered to be 40 hours.
Shift: 8am - 5pm
Exempt employees do not receive overtime compensation or compensatory time off or additional compensation beyond the established salary for the position.
Weekends/Evenings: Weekends and evenings may be occasionally required.
May be required to travel to/from Tyree Oil locations; Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
