Our Role:
We are looking for a creative, driven professional to lead the design efforts and critical creative projects within our global Marketing team. This individual will direct and implement design strategies to enhance our overall client experience and brand. This role will help shape the overall creative direction of our global content suite, while also owning and executing on key deliverables.
Your Impact:
• Elevate our brand as a Creative Director and Designer by bringing a cohesive, fresh design approach to our various Marketing deliverables
• Lead critical design recommendations/ key branding projects, and execute hands-on graphic design projects to ensure a nimble and consistent creative approach
• Translate business and marketing needs into cohesive graphic elements, working across content types, from thought leadership to web, pitchbooks, videos, social media, and beyond
• Advance PGIM Real Estate's agenda to position itself as a leading real estate brand that provides a best-in-class client experience, demonstrated through well-designed Marketing content that visually expresses the objectives and voice of PGIM Real Estate, and aligns with the overall PGIM brand
• Build and maintain relationships with key creative stakeholders and partners across the firm and across PGIM
• Balance high-level creative direction with day-to-day creative execution
• Oversee external vendors to assist with the execution of Marketing content
• Guide and partner with internal employees who play a role in design and content creation
Your Required Skills:
• Combination of management and hands-on delivery; must be a team player with proven ability to manage and influence individuals without direct reporting lines
• Strong experience both creating new content and elevating existing marketing content within the bounds of company brand guidelines
• Ability to present design strategies and concepts to internal constituents through strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and accountability; ability to individually drive initiatives
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to evolve as the role and team evolve
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills – ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Expert-level experience with design programs including InDesign and After Effects
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with ability to influence design in PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changes to processes
• 10+ years graphic design experience
• Bachelors degree required
Your Desired Skills:
• Experience working with individuals in various regions around the globe
• Experience directing or creating design elements for digital mediums including video, and/or willingness to learn and evolve skills
• Design experience in financial services industry and/or knowledge of general industry is preferred
• Advertising agency experience a plus
• Experience in content management and CRM platforms
