THE ROLE
Responsible for assisting with the design, configuration, and day-to-day maintenance of the Bullhorn application globally for the Interim & Contract Solutions division of Korn Ferry. You will work with business partners to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps within the application and provide actionable solutions that help drive improved performance for the users. You will oversee third-party integrations to ensure such systems are meeting expectations and service-level agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the front-end user interface and back-end database structure.
This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical issues within the system and working with the Bullhorn support team to identify the root cause of issues in order to prevent future instances. This role will require close attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain thorough documentation regarding the design and configuration of the system and integrations with other applications.

Salary Range
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the minimum requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
