Job Title:  Associate Manager, Retention Marketing - HOKA ONE ONE, Teva, and Sanuk

Reports to: Manager, Omni Digital Marketing

Location:  Goleta, CA
 

The Role

  • The Retention Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for email marketing and customer segmentation strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • The Retention Marketing Associate Manager will support the HOKA ONE ONE, Teva, and Sanuk footwear brands to drive DTC and retail partner revenues in North America
  • An excellent candidate for this role is comfortable with Email Service Provider (ESP) tools and digital marketing analytics while being naturally inquisitive about consumer behavior

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Strategic planning for CRM marketing support of key product launches and brand moments

Defining email audience segmentation to maximize personalized consumer journeys and lifetime value

Optimizing CRM campaigns through rigorous and hypothesis-drive AB testing Managing an agile team of 1 – 2 Email Marketing Coordinators

  • A meaningful communicator with a demonstrated ability to drive complicated projects with limited oversight
  • A detail-oriented champion who leads by example with meticulous organization
  • A compelling presenter who can deliver campaign performance results in a digestible way

We'd love to hear from people with

  • Passion for CRM marketing, eCommerce and digital analytics
  • Demonstrated success managing CRM strategy and tactics with 2 – 5 years of experience
  • Hands on experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP) tool such as Oracle Responsys
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
