Job Description:

As Food Quality Coordinator at Mars, you will c ollaborate with the operators in the value stream on root cause analysis and escalates to support departments or areas as required , use existing procedures to solve standard problems, analyze information and standard practices to make judgements and recommendations.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, Bachelor 's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field
• [ 5 +] y ears of demonstrated success in manufacturing/ quality experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Key interface between R&D related activities and the value stream, including communication of value stream initiatives to site R&D community
• Accountability for managing an effective corrective/ preventive plan , including verification of effective implementation
• Quality lead in value stream routine management meetings and quality reviews

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
