The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, KVD Beauty, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Ole Henriksen, and Bite Beauty.

The salary range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00 per hour based upon a San Francisco location.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Temp - Brand Ecommerce & Digital Merchandising Manager is responsible for supporting the global brand.com business. Working closely with leadership and the cross-functional team to plan and execute strong plans to deliver sales and profitability targets. The temp- Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: campaign planning and execution, business reporting and recapping, working cross-functionally to successfully execute campaigns, and supporting the testing and QA process to ensure we delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.

The ideal candidate loves the digital space, the beauty industry and has a strong appetite to learn. They should have a deep understanding of critical needs of ecommerce operations and the business, ensuring products and promotions can be successfully executed. They can work quickly while effectively managing executional details and has an aptitude to manage multiple projects. Collaboration and strong relationship-building skills are essential. This role reports directly into the Senior Director of Digital eCommerce working cross-functionally with key team members, along with relevant brand stakeholders, to manage the overall site experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the management of global brand.com site(s) and the development of the daily site plan, to include the development & execution of promotions & campaigns and ensures all planning tools are kept up-to-date (i.e. annual calendar, campaign details, and Asana projects)
  • Partners with cross-functional team members to support the execution of the strategy and delivery of the net sales targets, business objectives and KPIs; to include creative, CRM, perf mktg, brand & marketing
  • Actively manages owned projects, categories, promotions, bundles, etc.
  • Supports the execution of necessary business shifts and pivots; to include development and execution of contingency plans
  • Manages the site experience, to include working closely with product, manage the tools & features onsite (i.e. Yotpo, Search Spring, Dynamic Yield), and working within the ecomm platform (Shopify) to support the execution of site content, merchandising, promotions & campaigns
  • Keeps abreast of the BGT/R1/R2, monthly & daily sales targets and KPIs and ensures all plans are driving towards business objectives and P&L
  • Leverage tools and processes to support campaign planning & execution
  • Supports the development of the daily sales & order forecasts, to include event forecasts and aligns with key partners
  • Supports and manages the delivery of ongoing reporting, to include weekly reporting, event recaps, newness launches, monthly & yearly reports.
  • Monitors ecomm business daily
  • Responsible for working closely with operational partners on the day-to-day business needs; to include, warehouse, inventory transfers, supply chain, NSG vendors, and brand
  • Keeps abreast of the competitive landscape

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong desire to learn best-in-class digital marketing and ecommerce practices.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into action.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Business Manager and Shopify.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an apt for influencing and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
