ExamFX , a division of Ascend Learning, is the industry leader in online training for insurance licensing and securities exams. As a nationally-approved education provider, our course content is constantly being updated to align with the ever-changing information presented in state exams.
At ExamFX, our client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personal Account Manager to maintain our clients' accounts and serve as our main point of contact. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Applicant should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, conducting and hosting calls and meetings, and other organizational software.
