Quality Assurance Supervisor - Remote or Hybrid (Information Technology)
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for leading the testing and QA delivery practice within Operations and Technology. The QA Supervisor is accountable for overall Systems Development Life cycle (SDLC) quality and continuous improvement through test planning, execution, defect management, test environment and test data management, strategy and enterprise level test tool management. QA Supervisor works collaboratively with Lines of Business and Operations and Technology to establish best practices, standards, policies and procedures as part of the overall quality. The QA Supervisor will develop and maintain the framework used to link project management, release management and quality assurance within the Information Technology Infrastructure. In addition, the QA Supervisor will have a strong understanding of current testing methodologies, approaches to performance testing, software solutions and working with offshore testing organizations. A successful QA Supervisor will be an analytical problem solver with expertise in the development and execution of quality assurance projects.

Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.
