Job Description
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.
The primary responsibility of the Participant Education Consultant (PEC) role is management of day-to-day requests for onsite and web-based education support (including enrollment) facilitated by both internal and external teams of educators. The role will provide consulting to plan sponsors, financial professionals, and internal collaborators, determining the support required and assigning an appropriate educator. The role works with internal and external collaborators to schedule and define service requirements and the communication of details to all involved. The role supports onsite and web-based requests for Group Annuity (GA) and Open Architecture (OA) clients. The role will maintain details of the process and progress associated with each request to determine its fulfillment.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
