Senior Marketing Manager (Personal Services)

Kognito is a leader and innovator in developing digital role-play simulations where users engage in conversations with virtual humans to prepare them to lead effective conversations in real-life that result in improved social, emotional, and physical health. We work with more than 300 organizations across K-12 schools, higher education, healthcare, and government, with more than 1 million people having completed Kognito simulations. Our team of 50+ people include learning scientists, software engineers, marketers, product managers, sales professionals, graphic artists, writers, and operations specialists.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is the champion for Kognito's brand, responsible for developing and leading marketing initiatives that attract, convert, and retain customers/prospects across the customer journey. This highly visible role requires a self-motivated, innovative person committed to building relationships with the broader organization to help create a collaborative and purposeful working environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be an analytical thinker and will focus heavily on product marketing strategy and development. This data driven marketing leader will be responsible for measuring campaign outcomes and become an expert in the PK-12 and higher education industries.
