Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty ingredients G.P. business at our Dublin, Ohio location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Customer Service function. This position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Excellent customer service
- Answer customer phone calls and emails timely
- Enter and execute on orders through to shipment
- Work with logistics, credit, sales, etc. as needed for your customer.
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience required
