Finance Director, Mitral & Tricuspid (Finance)
This position will support our innovative Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Valve Therapy to treat mitral & tricuspid valve disease.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement (TMVR) and Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement (TTVR) product (M&T) Leadership Teams within the Structural Heart & Aortic OU, the M&T Finance Director will partner with the leadership team to develop and execute the near term and long term strategy of the Mitral and Tricuspid business. Working closely with the Vice President, Finance for the SH&A IOU, the M&T Finance Director is responsible for co-leadership of the annual long-range strategic planning process and for leading the annual operating planning and other periodic forecasting processes. This is a newly created position within Medtronic SH&A Finance as the complexity of this high growth strategic bet demands with significant ramp of R&D investment and development of go to market strategy.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required and a Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience

• MBA or CPA
• Thorough knowledge financial analysis techniques and modeling
• Strong systems skills (MS Office applications, SAP, Business Objects, Spotfire, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others

• Ability to work well on a cross functional business team and across a matrix environment within Finance
• Strong customer orientation
