Enterprise Account Director (Administrative)
Equifax is hiring Enterprise Account Directors! The Enterprise Account Director is a senior strategic (individual contributor) sales role that oversees and directs the execution of all Equifax sales efforts for their targeted accounts, and has client engagement accountability across all Equifax lines of business. S/he will direct the business strategy for key clients within the Enterprise Accounts portfolio. Annual revenue responsibility varies within the book of business supported by the Enterprise Account Director; portfolio size is largely driven by employer clients' headcount. S/He also focus on retention and growth of the largest Enterprise Accounts. The Enterprise Account Director is accountable for end-to-end account selling and will partner with the Solutions Manager, Enterprise Accounts to retain and grow a major account portfolio.

What You'll Do:
Provide strategic vision and detailed account plan for the account portfolio, for both the short and long term
Use tools to achieve individual goal attainment, personal and professional growth, all while supporting our desired go to market strategy
Build and implement an insights-based, client-specific go-to-market strategy that enables cross-sell and retention opportunities
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals in their portfolio, driving growth through new cross-sell opportunities, accurate forecasting and both new business and renewal pipeline management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8-10 years' business experience in strategic client-facing sales roles, including end-to-end, multi-product solution selling
8+ years' experience negotiating and closing both new business and renewal business opportunities
Ability to travel up to 60%

Proven success and/or abilities in consultative account management
Formulate and execute with excellence both a detailed strategy and short term tactical plan for creating in-depth relationships with current and prospective clients in the assigned accounts
Experience in strategic deal management, coaching, negotiation and pricing/contract/RFP terms and conditions is essential
