Recruiter (Finance)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs full life cycle recruiting of all positions within the organization with a primary focus on corporate functions and R&D/Production roles
- Manages a high volume of requisitions at all levels and functions of the organization while setting and meeting aggressive personal recruiting goals
- Develops and implements a sourcing strategy with hiring managers and business partners
- Creates a best in class "candidate experience" in a timely manner with status updates and/or a timely disposition
- Uses sourcing tools and techniques to identify high potential candidates, both with social and professional networking with the majority of your time focused on passive candidate techniques
- Manages the entire recruiting process with hiring managers, business partners, vendors and candidates. An open level of communication, status updates, process techniques and a timeline that meets recruiting metrics
- Provides a consultative approach and skills to our hiring managers and business partners so they will be aware of market compensation, market data, trends, priorities, industry news, market challenges, timelines and staff planning
- Conduct foundational phone screens, behavior based interviewing techniques, instructing hiring managers and business partners on these techniques, creating interview guides, scorecards, coordinating interview debriefs and again providing a consultative value
- Being an expert in our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Taleo) and being able to navigate candidates through the workflows, providing guidance to hiring managers and business partners on their role in our Applicant Tracking System and making sure we manage from requisition creation to hired
- Ability to learn our company, our businesses and its complexity, our products and be able to explain and provide a business case for candidates wanting to work for the leading edge 3D printing company in the world
- Knowledge and experience at working with vendors such as agencies, relocation, pre-employment, technology and job boards
- Showing an entrepreneurial spirit in your successes, being creative in your resolution, developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates that show you create and administer best practices in the recruiting function
- Lead cross functional projects as it relates to talent, recruiting, sourcing and landing top talent to the organization
- Knowledge and a level of expertise as it relates to OFCCP, AAP, general compliance, military hiring and other diversity initiatives QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required with at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Master's or PHR or SPHR is preferred.
Applicant Tracking System experience is required, particularly with Oracle Taleo.
Someone with experience recruiting for corporate functions, manufacturing and technical roles
