The Research Project Manager will be responsible for overall project management and protocol oversight. This position involves the day to day management of multi-site research protocols from inception through the end of the funding period. The incumbent supervises project personnel at the coordinating center and coordinates efforts at the various sites ensuring compliance with the study protocol. This position will be responsible for multiple projects and requires the ability to adjust priorities frequently. Develop, coordinate, and implement monitoring strategies essential to the successful management of clinical trials research conducted by the coordinating center. Incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating and training at sites. This position requires a Bachelors degree, but a Masters degree is preferred. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for advanced degree requirement to include 4 or more years research experience, with 2 or more years of healthcare professional experience. CCRC or CCRA certification by ACRP or SOCRA preferred but not required. RN preferred.
