Operations Supervisor - Call Center Patient Access and Billing Team - Hawaii - Accredo (Finance)

**Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm HST (Hawaii), Monday thru Friday with a 1 hr lunch.
**Parking is provided.
**Masking is required while on site. No vaccination requirements.
Role Title: Hawaii Operations Supervisor Reports to Staff Pharmacist, Sr. Manager The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the call center and patient access departments. The supervisor will monitor productivity and performance standards, provide coaching and training as necessary, and assist and direct work for both departments. The supervisor must also assist with branch projects and assignments. Daily oversight includes: monitoring of call and referral volumes, ensuring efficient processing and verification of insurance benefits, and professional and helpful patient assistance with inbound and outbound calls. The Supervisor must ensure service standards are met with customer and provider focused care and efficiency and in alignment with corporate attendance and employment policies. They will also work with the site leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures and business work plans for the team. Essential Functions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Formal Education and/or Training: High School Degree or GED is required. BS/BA Degree is preferred Years of Experience:
MUST be able to work full time on site.
Computer or Other Skills: General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email. Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills are REQUIRED Knowledge and Abilities:
