The Project Manager will be responsible for for supporting cross-functional product deployment/integration efforts with our customers, increasing responsiveness to customer issues, interfacing with internal and external customers to analyze engagement, responding to changing customer needs via relevant data, developing systems that facilitate customer satisfaction and proactively providing support to improve the customer experience. The role manages project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting for customer experience projects. The position will leverage tools to track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines and other performance indicators.
This position will serve our Eemax Division, located in Waterbury, CT.
