Sr. HR Analytics Analyst (Finance)
This role will collaborate with the P&C Business Partner team to understand the needs of the brands/functions they support, challenges they're encountering, and the most important questions or hypotheses that could be answered with data. This role will then communicate and provide clear and concise visualizations of the data to the Business Partner team and help them interpret the data to understand what it means for their business in both the short and long-term.
Making an Impact
• Collaborate with P&C Directors to understand key business priorities and curate actionable people metrics and insights
• Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations
• Design & develop self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions for Business Leaders and P&C
• Support ad hoc requests for analysis for business partner team and other executive sponsors.
• Maintain and elevate current dashboards.
Sharing Expertise
• Socialize and ensure consistency around data quality through education and process improvements
• Design, develop and deliver customized and interactive dashboards, utilizing Alteryx to combine with other data sources, including data not yet mined or curated
• Curate executive presentations that tell a compelling story using analytics relevant to the audience, with a high degree of accuracy and while maintaining confidentiality of data
• Build advanced predictive models and statistical analyses using statistical software
• Support development of P&C Business Partner capabilities, driving team's ability to be data-driven with full understanding of published dashboards
• Develop user guide for each dashboard including recorded "click-through" steps, and provide support in building out and maintaining our data definitions
Gaining Exposure
• Work on project teams to design actionable metrics & analytics from a variety of different sources.
• Partner with other functional stakeholders, including Finance, to provide a cohesive analysis of the workforce.
• Partner with Data & Analytics function to share best practices and share processes and definitions where appropriate
Your Typical Day
• Manage intake of dashboard update requests
• Maintain dashboard data updates and userguides
• Meet with P&C Business Partners to understand needs
• Create new visualizations, data workflows, and data models
Other accountabilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years' experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Alteryx
• 3-5+ years delivering executive presentations that tell a compelling story using analytics relevant to the audience
• 3-5+ years' experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights
• 3-5+ years of experience with building advanced predictive models and statistical analyses using statistical software
• 3-5+ years of experience working with highly confidential data at a high degree of accuracy
Nice to Have
• HR People Analytics experience
Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five to seven years' experience in payroll tax withholding
Nice to Have
• Progressively responsible payroll tax experience in a complex, multi-line multi-state business environment

If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee.
