Solutions Architects at the Nielsen Marketing Cloud are a critical part of our organization. They are in charge of overseeing the entire technical vision of an implementation from start to finish. They are subject matter experts of our platform, thought leaders in our organization, and stand in the gap between our business and the unknown. This role is part consultant, part project manager, and part development.
Work with prospective clients and partners to design and implement complex integrations
Work with our stakeholders and R&D teams to define, test, and roll out new features to our platform.
Work closely with the product team to improve customer success and address the impact of industry trends to our business
Define best practices and conventions for the use of our platform
Validate client use cases and design onboarding strategies
2 years of ad tech experience
Love for explaining technical concepts
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
Excellent communication skills
Experience with 2 or more of the following:
B.S in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
Experience working with OTT, DSPs, SSPs, Onboarders
Project management experience
