Role Summary:
The Application Development Team Leader provides day to day management of application developers and coordinates with the senior development staff to provide expertise and guidance in methodologies, disciplines and processes related to the development and maintenance of enterprise application systems. The Application Development Team Leader works closely with the other IT management staff to support the IT Director in the achievement of departmental and company goals. The Application Development Team Leader is also responsible for the tactical planning associated with the production support and maintenance of the Compass application system. The Application Development Team Leader participates in and provides guidance to staff in the development of technical requirements, analysis, design, and implementation/testing tasks.
