Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and products in accordance with technical specifications and production standards. Duties include wiring, soldering, installing components, and cable harnessing. You'll ensure products meet defined quality and tolerance levels and may assist with disassembly and rework when needed. Additional responsibilities may include assembling test kits and performing packing or labeling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components and mechanical parts based on schematics, diagrams, and instructions.
  • Perform tasks such as soldering, wiring, and component installation using hand tools and precision instruments.
  • Maintain quality standards by conducting inspections and verifying conformity to specifications.
  • Identify and correct minor malfunctions during or after the assembly process.
  • Assist with final packaging, labeling, or kitting as necessary.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and productivity guidelines.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and techniques (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, torque tools).
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, assembly drawings, and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to make minor process adjustments when needed.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
