The Administrative Specialist is responsible for processing aeronautical source publications which will be input into a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) navigation database. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for researching and downloading aeronautical source documents, updating team manuals and configuring data. The Administrative Specialist works with the FAA to produce quality aeronautical products to be utilized by the aviation community.
Qualified candidates possess an Associate degree OR equivalent experience performing a role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description, Bachelor degree preferred.
