Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families while supporting the administrative functions of our healthcare communities.
This position comes with a starting pay rate of $14 an hour
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 8am to 4:30pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position does not require a weekend rotation depending on community.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.Handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly.Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions.Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary.Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
