Service Coordinator (Finance)
Provide/Track service for Closed projects
Verify warranty or non-warranty. Notify customer of charges Order parts/track service/schedule when parts arrive
Inventory: Maintain misc. parts and pieces to eliminate multiple trips Install support: Create courier tickets for materials required at job site Scheduling backup: Backup schedulers as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in other projects as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required.2 years of customer service experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word (Knowledge of ECS-Pro preferred) Extremely accurate and good attention to detail Good analytical skills Good math skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to be flexible and multi-task Alignment with company core values and operating principals
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sit for majority of work day Key/data entry for majority of work day Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
