POSITION SUMMARY
The Warranty Manager manages the warranty claims submitted from homeowners/clients in Fading West managed homes. By processing and communicating to Homeowners/Clients in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a schedule and budget for each claim. This role requires excellent customer service and technical expertise in a wide range of trades.
Responsibilities
Warranty Task Types:
Drywall patching
General Carpentry
Finish Carpentry
Electrical
Plumbing
Roofing
Flooring
General Maintenance
Maintain service email and communications with clients in a timely & respectful manner
Source material in order to perform necessary work to complete claims
Schedule and oversee subcontractors to complete claims as needed
Train FWC team members to help complete work for claim as needed
Report to supervisor with updates on claims and issues on a weekly basis
Strategically collaborate with Superintendent and other FWC leads to help contribute to progressing modular finish on active projects while still meeting warranty expectations and communication with homeowners
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience required
Successful Customer service experience
Previous management experience preferred
Experience with reading plans and basic framing layout required
Basic knowledge of job-site tools & equipment maintenance required
