WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Fleet Administrator, you will oversee the purchase, maintenance, and disbursement of all fleet vehicles while working closely with outside vendors to ensure each vehicle is properly upfitted to meet business needs. You will also take the lead in coordinating logistics and dealer inventory for new vehicle acquisitions, ensuring every step of the process is handled efficiently and accurately.

You will be entrusted with maintaining meticulous vehicle records in our system, managing asset transfers, and overseeing the disposition or sale of retired vehicles. Your responsibilities will extend to processing vehicle funding, reconciling bank accounts, and handling lease contracts, along with a variety of other functions essential to the department's success.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local DOT laws to ensure compliance.
  • Prior experience in a compliance related position preferred.
  • Knowledge in vehicle specifications and upfitting preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in asset and data management is a plus!
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a high level of organization.

Compensation: $60,000- 80,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
