Project Administrator - Pace Systems Integration (Finance)



DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Project Administrator in our Olathe, KS office to work on our Systems Integration team! Interested candidates must be organized, have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales order entry (using BAAN)
  • Setting up and getting contracts executed
  • Entering/updating job data in the project management sheet (smart sheets) 
  • Will learn how to run SODD reports and smart sheets software
  • Setting up meetings
  • Working with credit - new credit terms and increasing credit
  • Knowing status of job to answer sales questions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excel Knowledge (using spreadsheets regularly)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented

This role would be a good transition if you have experience in accounting, collections, working with vendors, customer service, business, marketing, administration, assistant, billing/payroll, construction, or dealing with contracts and other time sensitive information.
