Seasonal Assistant Yard Manager (Creative Design)

Do you love working outdoors and getting to do something different every day? Anderson Farms is currently hiring for a summer and fall seasonal assistant manager. Position begins mid July or early August and ends in early November 2023.
Schedule: Hours and Days will vary depending on what's going on at the farm. When the farm is not open to the public, hours are typically Monday - Friday 8-5 with some possible weekend hours for training and special events. When open to the public, weekends are required. Both daytime and evening shifts will need covered. Exact shifts are worked out with other managers upon hire.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
Opening and Closing duties for U-Pick Sunflowers & Fall Festival.Managing Staff including position assignments, shift changes, and scheduling lunches and breaks.Set up of temporary fencing, sunflower & fall attractions, signage, etc.Assist with upkeep and repairs on attractions and structures.Assist with seasonal staff training and orientation sessionsAssist with customer service and first aid when necessary
