Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare purchase order requests and maintain a log.
Follow up on approvals, requests and deliverables of project documents.
Utilize internal and external databases and project management systems per the assigned scope of work.
Data entry and QA/QC of data.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Work in customer specific databases, run reports and create/update project trackers.
Daily interaction with Project staff, vendors, customers, subcontractors.
Process Change Orders and all project billing based on milestone achievement.
Process Waiver and Release of Lean documents and project Close Out Files/Paperwork.

Education:
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating guidelines and maintenance protocols.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/or governmental regulations.
· Ability to provide clear, concise and professional communication to employees at all levels across the organization.
