We are looking for Full-Time unarmed security | GSOC Analyst professionals to provide a working environment for a national Tech customer located in San Mateo CA.
Variable schedule including weekend days off each month.
Shift times:8.5-hour shifts with a 30 min unpaid lunch.
The designated shifts are:
7:00 AM 3:30 PM - Day
3:00 PM 11:30 PM - Swing
11:00 PM 7:30 AM - Graveyard
Pay Rate: $29.10/hour

Job Summary:
The?SOC Operator?is responsible for continuously monitoring and responding to security alerts and events to protect the organization from threats. This role involves real-time security event monitoring, initial triage, and escalating incidents to management when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor security systems
Perform initial triage of security alerts and escalate incidents per established procedures.
Document security events and maintain incident logs for compliance and reporting.
Follow incident response playbooks to contain and mitigate security threats.
Conduct basic threat analysis and recommend appropriate actions.
Assist in vulnerability scanning and reporting security findings.
Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure effective threat detection.
Support shift-based SOC operations, including 24/7 coverage if required.
Qualifications:
Security experience preferred
CCTV experience
Security Programs: Digital Watchdog, Lenel S2, ExaqVision, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
