Platform Relationship Manager (Remote/Virtual) (Marketing)

Prudential Financial is seeking a Platform Integration Manager to support Third-Party Enrollment and Benefit Admin Platforms, and Benefit Marketplace Relationships to join the Group Insurance business. Platform relationships play an integral role in the experience of our customers and the value to Prudential and the marketplace.
The Platform Integration Manager is accountable for day-to-day support of the Director of Platform relationships in optimizing relationships, along with driving sales and growth targets of each platform partner. In addition, this role will support implementation of new partnerships, drive internal operations and build platform relationships through weekly calls and conference attendance. They will serve as the primary point of contact for a matrix of partner resources including Distribution Operations, IT, Product, etc. The Platform Integration Manager will report direct to a Director of Platform Relationships and will be based in Roseland, NJ or Dresher, PA or virtual.
Support the Platform Integration Strategy by implementing new, formal partnerships with selected Ben Admin companies. Provide product and compliance requirements, test setups and coordinate file layout discussions.
Provide training on new relationships and work with internal partners to ensure all steps of a quoting, marketing and finalist process are completed.
Support operations of partnerships including repeatable, documented processes and procedures for reporting, updating SharePoint so information is easily accessible and communicated widely.
Respond to Distribution inquiries on platform capabilities and integrations; supporting RFPs, finalists and day-to-day issues.
Build partnerships with key platforms via monthly/weekly calls to identify opportunities, increase awareness of trends, and resolve any issues.
Attend select conferences or meetings to represent Prudential and connect with platform partners. Maintain and communicate learnings/notes from all attended sessions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience
Candidate should preferably have 3+ years of Group Insurance experience
Solid understanding of Group Insurance products and services and how they are sold
Experience with Benefits Administration and/or HCM Platforms is a significant plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, partnership and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams and with all levels of the organization
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
Comfort level with Digital technology and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Occasional travel up to 10% may be required
*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: ($100,000 - $142,000) + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.-
