Security Guard (Full Time) (Security)

Position Title: Security Officer

Reports to: Lead Security Officer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide a security presence on campus.Guide to cadets in proper behavior and the enforcement of the regulations of the Academy. Maintain clear and detailed records within the log book. Ensure you keep the Lead Security Guard on all Military and Security matters. Be visible when Cadets are massed for Study Hall and other nighttime events.Be physically present at all times to ensure the Cadet Leadership has your full support in preparing their Cadets for nighttime operations, and support the reception of cadets who return from trips.When the Academy is in caretaker status, day duty will be required.Other duties as directed by the Lead Security Officer or Commandant.
Position Requires Employee to be Knowledgeable in the Following Areas:
Residential LifeAll required safety drillKnow all key leaders within the HMA chain of commandReport all violations of misconduct to the Commandant and the Operations CenterEnsure that all proper records are maintained at all times
