Compensation Consultant - Remote Opportunity! (Finance)
Responsibilities
6 or more years of experience in Human Resources and 3 or more years of Compensation experience.
Will consider internal candidates with additional relevant experience in lieu of the compensation requirement.
Knowledge of FLSA regulations and requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as advance Excel skills required (vlookups, pivots, nested \"IF\" statements, etc.).
Must be able to proficiently manipulate large amounts of data and conduct analysis, run reports in various software applications and summarize for decision making or official reporting.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite.
Excellent customer service skills including timely follow-up on outstanding issues/problems.
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with peers, employees, managers, Human Resources and Finance staff in a professional manner.
Ability to perform a majority of tasks of an independent nature, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, work independently, and handle stress effectively despite short time constraints while displaying a can do attitude.

Salary Maximum:
$113,145
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
