The Help Desk Support Specialist will troubleshoot, install, and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Duties include working with IT Help Desk to provide 2nd Level support on computer hardware or software issues. Responsible for organizing and maintaining computer and printer stockrooms. Will also be responsible for administration of certain systems (RSA, Active Directory, PrinterLogic). Great customer service skills are a must for both phone and face to face customer interactions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm with on-call hours.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
