The Recruitment Coordinator at Tulsa Educare is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Tulsa Educare's talent acquisition efforts through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring recording keeping and compliance. The Recruitment Coordinator will engage in strategic planning and community building to recruit and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants who exhibit Tulsa Educare's core values and are driven to transform lives.

Broad knowledge and experience in:
Primarily an office position with limited local travel, when requested by supervisor (exposure to normal traffic hazards). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Regular and reliable attendance required.
