Digital Marketing Project Manager - Entry Level (Finance)

We are looking for a motivated entry-level project manager to support digital and other marketing initiatives at Alsco. Candidates must have experience with project management software (Smartsheet experience a plus). Successful candidates will interface with professional across and outside of the organization and will have a drive to plan and coordinate technology projects and teams. They will also be collaborative, have an attention to detail with effective communication skills and a mindset to get things done.
Entry-Level Project Manager for Digital Marketing
Responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives for Alsco North American Division. Will work collaboratively with cross functional internal teams as well as outside agencies and teams to lead marketing projects to completion. Able to multi-task and prioritize, simplify complex workflows, problem solve and facilitate meetings. Reports to Sr. Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions:
Project Management and Leadership
Manage multiple projects: project phases, activities and tasks within time, cost and quality constraints as defined by management.
Identify risks and analyze complex issues to create greater project efficiencies; proactively anticipate where potential problems or slowdowns may occur.
Assemble, lead and work within a cross-functional team-oriented environment.
Liaise with Sr. Marketing manager to build consensus within the organization to deliver on marketing goals.
Effectively monitor and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
Support other projects and teams, as identified.
Use excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills; detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Have and maintain a valid driver license
General expertise with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Project Management Software and multiple project management methodologies
Travel requirement: Minimal, less than 20%
Education:
Minimum four-year degree or real-world project management equivalent
