PROJECT MANAGER (Washington, DC) (Project Management)
NVE Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in support of an operations and maintenance (O&M) contract for a federal agency in SW Washington, DC. The program manager will be overseeing a total of 2.58 million square feet across two facilities, and the elevator maintenance for a third facility in Beltsville, MD. At a minimum, the Project Manager shall possess at least five (5) years of recent (within the past seven (7) years) responsible experience in managing the operation, maintenance and repair, building alterations, customer relations requirements, and all other operational components of office buildings with more than one million square feet of occupied space. This includes but is not limited to experience in accomplishing preventive maintenance management and repairs to the following types of systems with similar rated capacities: HVAC systems, electrical systems (such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and high voltage switchgear), computerized fire alarm systems, emergency generators, and complex building automation systems. The Project Manager shall generally be available on-site from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday and at any other times required to effectively manage all contract work.
