Sr. Principal Analyst, Global Logistics (Finance)

The Operations team is a global unit dedicated to helping our products go where they need to be, our customers being successful, and our organization to achieve at an exceptionally high level. The Sr. Principal Logistics Analyst provides advanced expertise in support of the global logistics department. This role assists in the development and enablement of the strategy and provides leading edge concepts that guide leadership to accept new practices and approaches while championing innovation. You'll be working closely with departments across the company to create a center of excellence around project and program delivery, and process to optimize the supply chain workflows and improve the customer service journey.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensures global logistics program execution is aligned with upstream sourcing decisions
    • Assist in development of supply chain performance goals and objectives
    • Provides support to synchronize divergent systems to enable optimal supply chain management
    • Assist peers and others in various activities, including consults with internal business users to identify information and process needs, and implementing solutions
    • Ability to analyze and utilize data and reports for decision making and identification of gaps and metrics improvement opportunities
    • Proactively identify and removes constraints in the goods flow and provides transparent status updates to business and function
    • Must be agile and solution oriented to drive scalability during periods of growth
    • Finds optimal balance between pushing new technology and finding agile and clean solutions for a real-time business
    • Provides high touch analytics and synthesizes data to problem solve complexity that yield desired end-to-end network visibility
    • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads enablement

Job Skills and Qualifications:

    • 8-10 year of experience in a global logistics or supply chain management field
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • LEAN/Six Sigma Experience; Certification a plus
    • Professional services or consulting experience desired in the re-engineering of core processes to augment the value chain
    • Must be able to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide array of professionals and executive level functions
    • Knowledge of local logistics regulations and requirements
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • This role is office based. Therefore, a requirement of this job is that you be fully vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine at least 3 weeks prior to your first day in the office.
