Job Description:
An interim Quality Control specialist participates in reviewing the overall quality of processing documents and the responses we are providing via email and written correspondence.
There are many SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) we utilize to ensure we are replying with the correct FAQ, linking documents to records accurately, addressing all the claimants needs, reviewing notes were entered correctly, Etc.
We open and analyze the correspondence in a task. We use both CMX and Facilitator for locating accounts. We score on a scorecard leaving notes for the processing analyst with any errors and coaching opportunities for improvement.
The scorecard we utilize is located on the Dynamics platform but is in the process of changing.
There will be training with a continued mentorship.
Tenure is not required; however, we will reach out to your leadership for a recommendation.
This is an Interim role where you may be asked to revert to your previous role based on client needs and/or performance.
