In this role, your main missions are:

  • Superior sourcing skills with the ability to translate job requirements into a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles
  • Use Social Networking and online tools to proactively source and communicate with passive talent
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, high demand, innovative company
  • A strong sense of accountability and teamwork
  • High attention to detail and customer service
  • Pride in finding the purple squirrel
  • You will work across a variety of disciplines, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Financial Operations, Asset Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Shopping Center Management.

What we are looking for

You. . .

  • Minimum 3 + years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience delivering results in either an agency or corporate setting
  • Demonstrated experience having a consultative approach towards sourcing and/or recruiting deliverables
  • Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and resources
  • A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
  • Successful experience using innovative research and sourcing methods for 'hard to fill' roles
  • Experience with Workday and/or ATS platform(s) preferred
  • Good knowledge of recruiting tools and resources (Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Values diversity and promotes a spirit of inclusion and equity
  • Innately connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
