Job Description:
The Lead Recruiter will strategically lead and effectively manage the candidate funnel, filled by the recruiting team, for roles. The lead will send select qualified candidates to hiring managers and ensure proper follow-up and recruitment/interview actions are taken. This role will coordinate across teams and with key stakeholders to ensure best practices are maintained and escalate for any necessary adjustments to be made.
Essential Responsibilities
Successfully understand hiring requirements across positions in order to properly funnel qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Receive, review and submit qualified candidates to managers.
Track submitted candidates and coordinate necessary follow-up to ensure timely results.
Provide necessary reporting to management to be able to review and take action to both drive and support optimal recruiting efforts.
Effectively communicate with recruiters and management to ensure efficient flow and clear expectations.
Support the offer and onboarding process for new hires.
At times may perform recruitment to supplement team as needed.
