Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in ExamFX' growth initiatives and is responsible for identifying, developing, qualifying new business opportunities and expanding and penetrating existing relationships to develop new business opportunities for ExamFX. This will be accomplished by leveraging external data sources, executing inbound leads, and farming ExamFX' existing client data with in ExamFX' Customer Resource Management (CRM) system. An impactful SDR is a great communicator, is self-driven, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and eager to serve customers' needs. The SDR will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other key personnel throughout the organization to identify opportunities and develop marketing communication to our existing customer base to provide further customer value, increase brand awareness and promote revenue generating activities.
