What You'll Get to Do

The Manufacturing Manager, Anodizing is focused on creating and maintaining a safe work environment, and reports to the Assistant GM.

 

This role is perfect for an individual who is organized, leader, and has customer management skills.  A vital member of the Manufacturing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

 

Job responsibilities include:

• Communicate the goals of the organization to the work force through both one on one, crew and safety meetings.
• Supervise a diverse work group including the racking, unracking/inspecting, tank and crane operation, lab and wastewater treatment.
• Monitor and manage production schedules.
• Assist in development and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Learn and participate heavily in OpEx process.

 

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Aluminum Anodizing Supervision Experience preferred
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Have a basic understanding of inorganic chemistry
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees
