Contract Management Administrator (Finance)

Role description:

Arcadis seeks to add a Contract Management Administrator to our team in Atlanta, GA. Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Project Assistant or a similar role.

In this role you will support our Contract and Project Managers in the in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to manage large contracts with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).

Role accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and submit task order add personnel requests and time extensions in GDOT's Request Tracking System (RTS)
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to develop task order scopes and task assumptions in scoping spreadsheets
  • Submit task order cost estimates and backup documentation in RTS
  • Prepare and coordinate review / execution of contracts and subcontracts
  • Submit contract documents in Arcadis' Contract Lifecycle System (CLS) for legal review, coordinate contract revisions, and upload final executed contract documents in CLS
  • Verify task order documentation is consistent with submitted cost estimates prior to execution
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to develop and maintain estimates of future task order bookings in Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Maintain Task Order Tracking spreadsheet and update as needed
  • Assist with planning and scheduling events and meetings. Prepare meeting minutes, as needed.
  • Assist Project Managers with preparing and updating Health and Safety Plans (HASP's), Project Management Plans (PMP's), and Quality Management Plans (QMP's)

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in a Project Assistant / Project Management support role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Very detail-oriented, pro-active, organized, and reliable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work at a high level independently with little oversight

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the Engineering / Construction industry and/or with GDOT in a Project Assistant, or similar role

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80000 - $115000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
