Business Systems Analyst (Information Technology)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Solely responsible for the TPM & TPO – trade management and optimization administration and support.
2. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancements of our TPM & TPO applications solutions.
3. Review and optimize workflows to support AR and Sales teams.
4. Test, validate and deploy TPM & TPO processes across our organization.
5. Responsible for working with managers and supervisors to assist in gathering, defining, and documenting document business requirements necessary for implementing enhancements or add new features to the existing TPM & TPO solution.
6. Manage user permissions, access, and configuration settings for TPM & TPO users.
7. Responsible for translating business requirements into cost-effective solutions, providing feedback during the requirements gathering process, designing, and developing solutions.
8. Responsible for developing documentation and training materials to ensure complete understanding and use of the TPM & TPO application for the users.
9. Responsible for training the AR and Sales personnel on tracking, executing, and compliance of contractual agreements.
10. Vet and review all new TPM & TPO release information, test functionality and educate team on upcoming changes to functionality. In addition, document all updates and changes
11. Provide effective training to managers, supervisors (AR and Sales) to promote effective system TPM & TPO application utilization.
12. Responsible for creating a basic administrator manual (cross-training) to be used as needed.
13. Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions available with existing TPM & TPO applications.
14. Create and generate basic reports and ad-hoc reports for managers and supervisors. In addition, create reports that can be run on demand, scheduled, or otherwise automated to reach various user groups
15. Create and monitor TPM & TPO help desk tickets
16. Regularly audit data to ensure integrity
17. Assist in the identification and development of applications (TPM & TPO) related standards, guidelines, and procedures.
18. Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
1. 3 + years of TPM & TPO Administrator Role experience required.
2. 3 + years of AR experience
3. Technical understanding of at least one enterprise TPM & TPO solution
4. In-depth knowledge in analysis, design, prototyping, testing, developing/enhancing applications, production support, problem-solving, including requirements gathering, estimating effort, and documentation.
5. Able to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
7. Communicate and interact with the software vendor for issue resolution and/or technical support.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
9. Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
10. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
11. Relationship building and customer service oriented
12. Bachelor's degree preferred, OR minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Working Conditions
1. Office environment.
2. Travel up to 20% of the time.
