Hotel Maintenance Technician (Finance)
Conducts oneself with safety in mind and undertakes all job requirements in a manner which will guarantee a safe environment for oneself, guests, and fellow associates.
Operate and maintain pool and spa and related equipment.
Provide maintenance services for all Hotel and Facility areas including: guests' rooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, bathrooms, fitness rooms, garages, stairwells, steam rooms, games rooms, hot tubs & pool, surrounding areas, ski locker rooms, building entrances/exits, etc.
Maintain building water systems including but not limited to boilers, heating/cooling/domestic lines, fire sprinklers, toilets, sinks, and drains.
Maintain building lighting systems such as incandescent/LED/fluorescent lights, timers, emergency and special requests.
Complete all maintenance tasks in a reasonable time period while adhering to all applicable trade standards and codes.
Perform repairs to drywall, ceiling, roof and other general carpentry repairs such as furniture repairs.
Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Knowledge:
Possess a valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a MVR check.
Ability to pass background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
Have an understanding and working knowledge of motors, accumulators, solenoid valves, proportional valves, temperature sensors, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, building structure/codes, volt/ohm/amp meters, power tools, hand tools, power snakes, jitters and snow blowers preferred
Have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
Demonstrate basic typing and computer proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Fluent English
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
General knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and electronics preferred
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job in this fast-paced environment, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and sometimes in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. Life line assisted roof work is necessary in multiple types of climate and seasons to provide safety mitigation when necessary.

The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
