Implementation Specialist (Finance)



We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team to lead the implementation process to successfully onboard physician offices and other healthcare organizations onto DocsInk's platform of solutions including Charge Capture, Communication, Telehealth, Chronic Care Management, and Remote Patient
Monitoring. You will own the on-boarding experience by planning, executing and coordinating DocsInk and client activities, tracking progress and managing risks at all times. This is a full-time remote position with some travel to the corporate office located in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
Responsibilities

Partner with clients to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time, on-budget with high customer satisfaction
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients, enabling them to effectively utilize and manage the deployed DocsInk solutions
Lead key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, development training plans, change management roadmap, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support planning
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating project requirements and feedback

Coordinate internal and client teams to complete Data Migration Content Development, Interfaces
Develop and maintain expertise on all DocsInk solutions
Follow established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation
Work closely with implementation leaders to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience
Collect and disseminate user feedback to the engineering project team for iterative improvement and future enhancements
Monitor systems for uptime, system issues, and coordinate fixes
Communicate, regularly, project progress to key stakeholders and leadership
Troubleshoot and solve problems among diverse interconnected systems
Adhere to company procedures for intellectual property documentation and protection

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management or relevant degree
Minimum 2+ years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health record, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations in the outpatient/ambulatory space
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs (ie Hubspot)
Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
Experience in software training, support, or implementations (preferably SaaS)
Strong technical skills and experience with mobile and web applicationsAbility to work independently and with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations
Demonstrated strong client focus with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization, especially C-level
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and analytical counterparts
Ability to thrive and be resourceful in a fast-paced, rapidly growing technology company environment
