Masonry Sales Representative (Education)
Job Duties:
Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenueWorking in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts within masonry and pavingIdentifying and prospecting for new customers and documenting for CRMWorking closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies and specificationsAnalyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in marketPreparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings
Work Environment:
Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, training and educationExperience with Masonry/Hardscape product linesThorough understanding of ASTM specificationsWorking knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP)Effective time management skillsHigh sales aptitude, self-motivatedAbility to analyze situation and identify opportunities for successEffective decision making and problem-solving skillsEffective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleaguesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong mathematical skillsWork independently, with little supervisionValid drivers license and a good driving record is a must
