IT User Support Specialist (Information Technology)
In this role you will provide hands-on, technical and customer-facing support across our organization with the perfect balance of being part of an exciting, high-growth company!

In this role, you will be resident problem-solver, providing front-line support for the Tricentis Internal Employees in person at our office locations as well as remotely. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to identify issues, investigate root causes, and provide solutions. You can be a hero by being the first person to resolve our employees IT issues.
Our IT End User Support team provides consistently high levels of customer service. We provide technical support to PC and MacBook users, using your skills and tools to solve problems while supporting, installing and maintaining PCs, MacBooks, connectivity, operating systems, software and related-IT sanctioned peripherals.
Essential Requirements
Related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of additional experience and education (High school diploma or equivalent required);
